Welcome to Vision Travel Hub. By booking any tour package or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & Payment Policy
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the trip departure.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Vision Travel Hub.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
30% Cancellation Fee: If canceled 14 days before departure
50% Cancellation Fee: If canceled 1–14 days before departure
No Refund: If canceled less than 24 hours before departure
Flight Tickets: All flight bookings are non-refundable
Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

Carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, and travel documents
Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
Following local laws, customs, and cultural norms
Informing Vision Travel Hub in advance about Medical conditions
